Refund policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy applies to marketing and agency services offered by AGENA LLC using the agency brand AGENA AGENCY ("AGENA," "we," "us," or "our"). AGENA provides services rather than ordinary physical goods. The scope of services, fees, billing dates, term, renewal arrangements, cancellation notice, and refund treatment must be provided in the written proposal, statement of work, order, or service agreement before the client accepts the engagement or makes a payment.

1. Service-specific terms

There is not enough information in the current business details to state a universal refund period, minimum contract term, recurring billing schedule, or cancellation notice period for every AGENA engagement. Those terms must be agreed in writing for the relevant service. The applicable signed or accepted agreement controls where it lawfully addresses these matters.

Before publishing this page, AGENA must confirm and insert its actual refund and cancellation rules. Do not publish a policy that leaves clients unable to determine the rules that apply to their purchase. At minimum, each proposal or service agreement should make clear:

  • the service scope and price;
  • whether any setup, onboarding, or other fee is charged;
  • whether fees recur and the billing date or payment schedule;
  • the initial term, renewal arrangement, and cancellation notice required;
  • what happens to prepaid fees, work already performed, committed costs, and incomplete deliverables if an engagement ends; and
  • whether, when, and how refunds or partial refunds may be provided.

2. How to request cancellation

Send a written cancellation or refund request to info@agenaagency.shop from the email address associated with the engagement. Include the client's name or business name, the service or agreement concerned, and the requested effective date. AGENA will confirm receipt and apply the cancellation and refund provisions in the applicable written agreement and any non-waivable legal requirements.

Sending a request does not change an agreement's notice period or effective date unless AGENA confirms that change in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Work in progress and third-party costs

The written agreement should state how work completed before cancellation is charged, whether any committed third-party costs remain payable, and who pays advertising-platform spend. AGENA cannot determine those terms from the information currently supplied. Do not assume that cancellation automatically reverses charges that have already been paid to an advertising platform or another provider; the relevant provider's terms may also apply.

4. Refund decisions and legal rights

Refund eligibility is assessed under the applicable written agreement and governing law. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. If there is a question about a charge, contact us promptly so we can review the agreement and payment records.
